Computer Technician Intern

About the role#

This is a paid, full-time Summer 2026 internship based in Houston, Texas. As a Computer Technician Intern, you will support the technical service team by diagnosing and repairing hardware, managing support documentation, and assisting with on-site service requests and network installations.

What you'll do#

• Repair and maintain computer hardware and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, workstations, and printers.
• Manage and update support cases within internal, customer, and OEM systems.
• Provide on-site hardware support for service requests.
• Assist the Network Team with the installation of network appliances.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need#

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• A strong desire to learn and expand technical skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
