    About the role#

    Nesto cloud is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to join the commercial mortgage team. This role offers the opportunity to work with asset management technology and gain experience under the guidance of industry professionals. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term (September to December).

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct risk analysis of fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt.
    • Manage the collection and filing of financial information for annual client reviews.
    • Maintain industry research and sector databases to ensure data accuracy.
    • Support the creation of industry-specific reports through research and formatting.
    • Assist with special projects and team-wide initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary program in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in building organized spreadsheets in Excel.
    • Strong communication skills to articulate results and logic.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
