About the role#
The Student Family Liaison supports the daily operations at Emerson Academy of Dayton. This role focuses on fostering a positive school climate and ensuring that students, parents, and staff work together effectively to support academic success.
What you'll do#
- Promote active involvement among students, parents, and the surrounding community.
- Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment to support student achievement.
- Collaborate with the administration and teaching staff to implement and reinforce school-wide classroom management techniques and procedures.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in child behavior or social work.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, faculty, and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
