About the role#
The Content and Marketing Intern supports the Marketing Department by creating and executing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement. This role involves producing digital content, managing social media, and assisting with event coordination. You will work alongside the marketing team on campaigns and special projects while maintaining brand standards.
What you'll do#
- Capture photo and video content at community events, physician events, and outreach activities.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videography, graphics, and written copy.
- Design digital marketing materials and social media graphics.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media content across multiple platforms.
- Edit photos and videos for use in social media, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and maintain digital photo and video libraries.
- Support the coordination and promotion of community outreach events and marketing activations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with Canva.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
- Preferred: Photography and videography experience.
