About the role#
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Intern to support our quality assurance team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, managing quality documentation, and assisting with internal audits. This position is intended for students in their final semester or recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update QA documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Review and refine control documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Manage quality systems software and intranet pages for data updates.
- Prepare semi-monthly Quality Metrics reports and summarize customer survey data.
- Schedule and perform internal audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
- Handle purchase requests and provide support for customer quality tasks like certifications and RFIs.
What you'll need#
- Minimum Associate of Arts (AA) degree.
- Preferred degrees include a BSc in English, Business, or an Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Strong technical writing experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Ability to interface effectively with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
