MITER Brands is seeking a Design Studio Administrator for a part-time internship based in Santa Monica, California. This role supports the design center operations, focusing on customer relations, event coordination, and marketing support. This is a paid, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and manage customer relations and provide support to clients on a face-to-face basis.
- Increase brand awareness by hosting events at the design center and attending industry functions.
- Create and update a calendar of architect events on online platforms.
- Assist with social media marketing, including photography and content updates across various channels.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly sales calls with architect representatives.
- Collaborate with local and corporate teams to plan events and develop marketing materials.
- Provide outreach to local architects to supply product samples and marketing support.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Architecture, Design, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to responding promptly to client needs.
- High level of dependability and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
