Mission Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking an intern to join the Commercial Loan Sales team in the New York office. This role provides exposure to commercial mortgage brokerage as well as performing and distressed mortgage loan trading businesses.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the creation of investment and financing proposals and offering memorandums.
- Develop market information and statistics through research and review of materials.
- Perform portfolio stratification and analysis.
- Prepare due diligence materials.
- Process and track confidentiality agreements.
- Attend weekly investor transaction status reporting meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Real Estate.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for analysis and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Commitment: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: Paid hourly.
