The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking a Premium Client Service Intern to support the Premium Client Service Department. This role involves assisting Premium Client Managers with daily operations and providing support during all HEAT games and concerts.
What you'll do#
- Support the Premium Client Service Department with daily tasks.
- Assist Premium Client Managers with day-to-day operations and administrative processes.
- Interact directly with premium guests, suite holders, and high-end clients.
- Coordinate and supervise part-time staff.
- Maintain departmental materials.
- Provide operational support during all HEAT games and concerts.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort interacting with guests and premium clientele.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Availability to work all HEAT games, concerts, and holiday events.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
