Co-op Student, Business Technology Support

About the role#

The Business Technology Support team is seeking a Co-op Student to assist with administrative and operational readiness activities. This role involves document management, the development of operational manuals, and supporting the functional testing of systems and applications. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective operational support.

What you'll do#

• Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Support the Finance Division with daily Oracle EBS Finance functions, working alongside senior management and business stakeholders.
• Document new and modified business policies, including standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
• Identify technology risks and assess their potential impact on business operations.
• Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and record minutes for technical and operational sessions.
• Collect data and respond to queries from various partners.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a full-time accredited co-op program.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• A willingness to learn about hardware and software operations support.
• Oracle EBS functional experience is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in a business environment is considered an asset.
• Must be at least 15 years of age prior to the start of employment.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Term: Up to 8 months, starting September 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Note: This role may require infrequent travel within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).
