IT Summer Intern

About the role#

Medical Mutual offers a 10–12-week paid internship program designed to build technical, analytical, and professional skills in a real-world environment. This role provides exposure to the company's technology landscape through hands-on projects, mentoring, and structured training. Participants may also be eligible to return in June 2027 to join the IT Bootcamp Program.

What you'll do#

• Engage in on-the-job learning supported by classroom training, real project work, and networking opportunities.
• Build core professional skills, identify individual strengths, and develop career-aligned competencies.
• Participate in team-based community involvement and volunteer activities.
• Attend program events including career workshops, leadership discussions, and team-building sessions.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's student.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Communications.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of web development concepts.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Additional desired skills include business analysis fundamentals, technical writing, and experience with long-term projects.

• Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite presence required on designated days).
