Canadian Internship

About the role#

Mastronardi Produce offers a structured 10-week internship program available during the Spring (January-March), Summer (June-August), and Fall (September-November) cycles. This program provides students with hands-on experience across various departments, including Finance, Food Safety, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, and Talent Acquisition. Interns receive mentorship from industry professionals and participate in professional development and networking opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to meaningful projects.
• Support team members with departmental initiatives.
• Attend meetings, share ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• Participate in learning sessions, team-building activities, and mentorship programs.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated integrity, a strong work ethic, and high self-motivation.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• A strong interest in the produce industry.

Location & details#

• Location: Kingsville, Ontario (On-site).
• Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Compensation: $22/hour.
• Employment type: Full-time, paid internship.
