Network Student Enrollment Coordinator

About the role#

The Network Student Enrollment Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate school options and the enrollment process. This role focuses on driving network enrollment goals through active outreach, community relationship-building, and consistent lead management. You will work to ensure families have a welcoming experience while supporting both prospective and current Mastery families.

What you'll do#

• Facilitate network-level enrollment outreach initiatives, including phone banking and community events.
• Guide prospective families through the full enrollment process and support application completion.
• Manage the lead cultivation process in HubSpot by tracking outreach and maintaining contact with interested families.
• Support active re-enrollment efforts for current Mastery families through direct outreach and coordination with school-based staff.
• Produce professional written and verbal communications to support recruitment and family engagement.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Outlook.
• Demonstrated self-awareness, cultural competence, and a commitment to anti-racist practices.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or Sociology.
