About the role#
The Associate Consultant Intern position is part of the Advisors & Consulting Services team. Interns work in small teams to support strategic consulting projects across a range of industries, including financial services, retail, and hospitality. This role focuses on the Business Experimentation track, where interns leverage predictive analytics and data-backed experiments to provide insights on business initiatives such as product launches and marketing campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate in small teams to support strategic consulting projects and gain exposure to business development and account management.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Structure complex business challenges and explore effective solutions.
- Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Build an understanding of the end-to-end consulting engagement process.
- Partner with clients to share findings and determine how to implement strategic ideas.
- Participate in mentorship, networking sessions, and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or master’s student with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting or through extracurricular activities.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience using data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, or Tableau is an asset.
- Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
