The Call Center Marketing Intern program is a 10-12 week immersion designed to provide practical experience within a Sales Center. This is a full-time, paid internship where participants gain exposure to the daily operations of a global vacation ownership company. Interns will participate in comprehensive onboarding, eLearning, and virtual meetings while receiving direct mentorship from onsite leadership.
What you'll do#
- Learn and perform the duties of a non-commissioned marketing associate.
- Gain an understanding of the components that drive successful marketing and sales operations.
- Participate in department projects and contribute to team goals.
- Engage in job shadowing with company leaders to observe various aspects of the business.
- Demonstrate company values and core beliefs in a professional environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Business.
- Ability to learn and perform job duties effectively in a marketing and sales setting.
- Prior experience in hospitality or sales is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance that adheres to company standards of dress.
