Fall Co-op 2026 – AI Enablement

About the role#

As a Technology Strategy & AI Enablement Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy, artificial intelligence, and innovation. You will work alongside technology and business leaders to evaluate emerging technologies, support strategic initiatives, and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.

What you'll do#

• Assess emerging technologies, AI solutions, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities that solve business challenges.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market landscapes, and technology innovations, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-quality presentations, business cases, and visual materials to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, document requirements, and evaluate potential solutions.
• Build and prototype AI-powered solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to create polished, executive-level visual content.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, or automation technologies is an asset.
• Experience with process mapping, technology strategy, or business analysis projects is preferred.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Term: Fall 2026 (September 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026).
• Work Modality: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Mondays and Fridays).
• Status: Full-time, paid position.
