(MALIN+GOETZ) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to support our team across the Americas. This hands-on role provides operational and analytical support to our managers, helping to facilitate relationship building and strategic growth. You will assist with new account development, retailer support, and reporting, gaining direct exposure to the beauty and retail industry.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify prospective retail accounts aligned to brand positioning.
- Prepare materials for retailer meetings, including sell sheets, recap decks, and agenda documents.
- Pull and organize weekly and monthly sales reports by account and channel.
- Assist with day-to-day account administration and partner communications.
- Support the coordination of in-store events, trend shows, and beauty activations with retail partners.
- Maintain prospecting pipelines and track action items from account conversations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with data and spreadsheets, specifically Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry, retail, and brand-building.

- Schedule: This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
