Social Media & GTM Intern (Summer '26)

About the role#

This position focuses on content execution and marketing operations. As a member of the team, you will create the content users interact with daily, ranging from social media posts and short-form videos to email campaigns and help articles. This role is designed for individuals at the start of their career who want to gain broad marketing experience and contribute directly to product growth.

What you'll do#

• Draft and schedule engaging content across social media channels to grow the audience and drive conversation.
• Create and edit short-form videos and GIFs that showcase product features and explain key concepts.
• Assist in writing, building, and testing email campaigns, including newsletters and onboarding flows.
• Write, edit, and format blog posts and help articles to support user education and SEO strategy.
• Monitor social media channels to respond to comments and questions.
• Maintain the content and marketing calendar to ensure activities remain organized.
• Assist in pulling performance metrics from social, email, and web channels to evaluate effectiveness.

What you'll need#

• Prior experience in an influencer or marketing role, or relevant internships.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for social, email, and blog formats.
• A portfolio of created content, such as social posts, blog articles, or short videos.
• Hands-on experience with social media management for a brand or organization.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and take on new projects.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.
• Bonus points for experience with short-form video for TikTok or Reels, basic SEO understanding, or experience with tools like HubSpot or Google Analytics.
