The Account Management Internship within the Retirement Plan Services organization is a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in the retirement industry. Interns will gain exposure to the company's portfolio of products and services while working alongside teams responsible for client account management and support. This role provides opportunities for professional development, coaching, and networking with senior executives and peers across the enterprise.
What you'll do#
- Support the Retirement Plan Services organization through meaningful project work.
- Perform high-volume, ongoing maintenance and support activities for client accounts.
- Participate in developmental experiences, including workshops and enterprise-wide exposure to key business areas.
- Build professional relationships through coaching and mentoring opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current college standing as a rising sophomore or junior (expected graduation in 2028 or 2029).
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (employees work 3 days a week in the office).
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: Paid position ($20.00 - $22.00 per hour).
- Relocation: Assistance may be considered per company guidelines.
