About the role#
This position provides administrative support to various departments, focusing on document management and records digitization. It offers students practical experience in office operations within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Scan, organize, and maintain both digital and physical records.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all scanned and filed documents.
- Provide general administrative support, including assistance with office tasks and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office.
