Construction Services Intern

About the role#

The Construction Services Intern will support the construction team in land development and vertical construction projects. This role focuses on understanding the lifecycle of multifamily developments, from initial construction through the transition to property management.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the Construction Manager to gain insights into multifamily land development and vertical construction processes.
• Gain exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and the transition phase from construction to property management.
• Analyze contract amendments to determine their impact on financial performance relative to project budgets.
• Complete various ad hoc projects as assigned by the team.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software are preferred, but not required.
