Growth Intern

About the role#

Libra AI is seeking a Growth Intern to join the team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for recent graduates who are ready to contribute to the growth of an AI-first WorkOS. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to execute growth strategies and build community.

What you'll do#

• Own social content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments and campaigns to determine what resonates with the audience.
• Conduct research on the AI ecosystem, including tracking competitors and identifying emerging trends among influencers.
• Build and foster community through both online engagement and offline events, such as meetups and brand activations.
• Collaborate across departments to translate data insights into actionable content and storytelling.

What you'll need#

• Recent graduate or fresh out of college.
• At least one prior internship in content, marketing, growth, or community building.
• Genuine curiosity about the impact of AI on work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in various formats.
• Experience or interest in content strategy, event planning, or influencer research.
• Ability to treat content creation as a series of experiments to drive growth.
