About the role#
Lewis Brisbois is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join the New York office. This role focuses on defending condo and coop boards in inter-building disputes involving property damage, building governance, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
What you'll do#
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Handle motion practice.
- Perform oral advocacy.
What you'll need#
- 1 to 7 years of litigation experience.
- Experience working with condo and coop boards.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Superior writing skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Compensation: $135,000 to $175,000 per year.
