About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Marketing Intern position based at LaSalle College in Vancouver. The role involves supporting the marketing department through the execution of promotional strategies, content creation, and administrative coordination.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the planning and coordination of promotional, event, and advertising campaigns to support student recruitment.
- Manage and animate social media communities in collaboration with the Web Content and Social Media Specialist.
- Contribute to the writing and creation of textual and visual content for online and offline marketing materials.
- Conduct strategic monitoring on the web and social networks to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage emailing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of promotional emails.
- Update content across various website content management platforms.
- Manage the inventory of promotional materials, including processing quotes, orders, and invoices with suppliers.
- Provide general support for special marketing projects and departmental strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Organizational skills to handle inventory, supplier communications, and project coordination.
