QA Analyst CO-OP

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Summer 2026 term. You will work with the TitlePLUS team, including the Business Analyst and Project Lead, to contribute to the quality assurance lifecycle of the TitlePLUS+ portal. The role requires a 35-hour work week.

What you'll do#

• Compose, refine, and document test plans and scripts to ensure the functionality and reliability of the TitlePLUS+ portal.
• Execute test cases across multiple environments, including pre-production and production.
• Document all defects identified during the testing cycle.
• Participate in all phases of the QA lifecycle, including estimation, planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce observed issues.
• Assist in the creation of automated regression tests using Python and Selenium.
• Support production deployments and participate in Production Verification Tests.
• Contribute to business intelligence analytics and reporting for the TitlePLUS department.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting web applications on Chrome and Edge browsers.
• Familiarity with web application authentication and authorization principles, such as JSON web tokens.
• Experience with Python and the Selenium framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours.
