About the role#
This Financial Analyst Co-op position within Enterprise Services Finance offers the opportunity to work alongside finance professionals to drive business performance. You will gain practical experience in corporate budgeting, financial reporting, and cost accounting while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support monthly forecast and annual budget planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and presentations.
- Support cost accounting activities, including journal entry preparation and validation.
- Analyze organizational spending trends and provide recommendations.
- Assist with headcount reconciliation, workforce reporting, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain data integrity across finance systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
