Intern, Investigations Diligence & Compliance (Specialist)

About the role#

This internship position within the Investigations, Diligence and Compliance team involves supporting complex risk management and investigative projects. You will work alongside professionals to deliver clarity on governance, risk, and transparency challenges for a diverse range of global clients.

What you'll do#

• Perform data input, preliminary financial analysis, and document management.
• Prepare working papers and supporting schedules.
• Conduct research using subscribed databases, the internet, and public domain tools.
• Research, review, and analyze various industries.
• Assist with investigation, forensic accounting, and due diligence tasks.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited US college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
• A major GPA of at least 3.5.
• Native or equivalent English language proficiency in reading comprehension and extremely strong writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to conduct online research using primary and secondary sources.
• Ability to work independently and apply constructive feedback.
