Program Management Associate, Intern

About the role#

As a Program Management Associate Intern, you will operate at the intersection of win-loss research, B2B technology programs, and qualitative research recruitment. You will manage outreach campaigns and recruitment processes to transform contact data into high-quality research interviews, directly impacting research quality and client outcomes. You will work alongside Customer Success Managers and researchers to help deliver win-loss research at scale.

What you'll do#

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to recruit qualified participants for win-loss research interviews.
• Ensure interview opportunity data is clean, structured, and qualified before research calls.
• Serve as a connected, communicative member of each program's account team alongside the CSM and Researcher.
• Build fluency in Klue's outreach approaches and advise on recruitment strategy.
• Lean into AI tools and automations to improve processes.
