About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based at our corporate office in Austin, Texas. You will join a cohort of contributors to gain practical experience within the financial services industry. Interns are assigned to specific business units where they work on projects with defined goals and activities.
What you'll do#
- Complete key projects with specific goals defined by team leadership.
- Gain knowledge of the financial services industry, including market insights and outlook.
- Learn about technology platforms used to support firms.
- Provide client-service-oriented support.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Preference for undergraduate juniors and seniors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong time-management capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of or a keen interest in finance.
- Ability to work well within teams and strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret numeric data.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
