Growth Intern (Summer/Fall)

About the role#

As a Growth Intern at Julius AI, you will own critical distribution and growth projects. This role involves working directly with the founding team to expand the reach of an AI data analyst platform used by over 2 million users. You will have autonomy to shape your projects across content, community, and video, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

What you'll do#

• Manage content strategy across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, handling the entire process from ideation to publishing.
• Produce video content, including short-form clips, product capability demonstrations, and industry deep dives.
• Identify creative methods to introduce Julius to new audiences, such as leveraging data visualizations in trending conversations and engaging with online communities.
• Analyze performance metrics to determine effective strategies and iterate based on results.

What you'll need#

• Academic background in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort appearing on camera and producing video content.
• A numbers-driven mindset with a genuine curiosity for data.
• High agency and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
• Bonus points for an active presence on platforms like X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or Reddit, or a demonstrated intuition for viral content.
