About the role#

This full-time Fall 2026 co-op position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analytics, business insights, and product strategy. Working remotely, you will support provincial-level initiatives by transforming data into meaningful recommendations that influence business outcomes. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to identify trends that shape future strategies and develop skills in reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do#

• Support provincial and business-level decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze datasets for recurring reports and ad hoc business requests.
• Enhance reports by identifying trends, performance drivers, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives that help stakeholders understand opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with experienced analytics professionals to contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with third-year standing or higher.
• Strong interest in using data and analytics to solve business problems and support strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with additional analytical tools is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly through written and verbal communication.
