Janes is seeking a part-time Student Customer Success Support Administrator to join the Customer Success team in Arlington, Virginia. This role is designed for current Master’s or postgraduate students to gain real-world experience in customer enablement and account support. You will work 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Create, update, and maintain customer training materials, including slide decks, onboarding guides, user documentation, FAQs, and reference materials.
- Support the preparation of training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to ensure materials remain clear and accurate.
- Collaborate with product teams to reflect new features and releases in customer-facing documentation.
- Track customer engagement activities and ensure Salesforce records are accurate and up to date.
- Support internal Customer Success processes and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Provide direct Customer Success support to a portfolio of smaller or lower-complexity accounts, including managing outreach for webinar programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Master’s or postgraduate student.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with documents, presentations, and basic data management, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in Customer Success, customer experience, or customer-facing roles, with an interest in defense, geopolitics, or adjacent markets.
- Prior experience in customer-facing, research, or support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS, data, research, or analytics-driven products.
