    About the role#

    Ivo is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. You will be fully integrated into our development process, working side-by-side with engineers to ship code to production daily. You will contribute to real features and bug fixes, operating in an environment that prioritizes autonomy and high-impact work.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop full stack generative AI functionality.
    • Ship high-performance UI code and backend systems capable of processing and analyzing millions of contracts reliably.
    • Design pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale.
    • Collaborate with designers, lawyers, and engineers to re-imagine legal workflows using AI.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or math.
    • A strong ability to learn new technologies and become productive in unfamiliar domains.
    • Experience with Applied AI is considered a bonus.
    • Having previously founded a startup is a plus.

    Location & details#

    • Location: San Francisco, California (On-site).
    • Compensation: $10,000 per month with a one-time $5,000 housing bonus.
    • Terms: Full-time, rolling internship.
