Corporate Desk internship

About the role#

This internship with the IMI CIB New York branch provides a comprehensive overview of coverage activities performed by the corporate desk. You will focus on multinational clients and client management, working within an international and innovative banking environment.

What you'll do#

• Prepare client pitch books, proposals, marketing materials, and internal presentations.
• Research and analyze client financial profiles and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
• Perform transaction return analysis.
• Collaborate with various bank departments to ensure proper deal processing through closing.
• Create and maintain a database of comparable transactions.
• Maintain accurate deal pipeline reporting and monitor portfolio and budget tracking.
• Assess the management and economic performance of customers to implement necessary corrective actions.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
• Fluency in English.
• Italian language skills are considered a plus.
• International exposure is considered a plus.
