About the role#
This internship is designed for students currently enrolled at a college or university to learn the fundamentals of campus ministry. The role focuses on developing leadership skills, spiritual understanding, and ministry experience while serving as an ambassador for the organization. This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Participate and engage fully with the campus ministry team to support spiritual vision and direction.
- Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their daily lives.
- Promote the organizational mission on campus by seeking opportunities to proclaim the Gospel.
- Encourage a prayerful lifestyle among students, particularly those who do not yet follow Jesus.
- Assist with reporting tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Engage with training and supervision provided by ministry staff.
What you'll need#
- A follower of Jesus Christ who can annually affirm the organization’s Statement of Agreement.
- A developing passion for evangelism.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including initiative, self-awareness, cultural awareness, and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and relational maturity.
- An eagerness to learn and grow in ministry skills.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This position is paid and funded through personal fundraising. Actual compensation depends on the individual's ability to secure a donor team to cover the salary requirements.
