The Front of House & Student Wellness Support role is essential to maintaining professional operations and a welcoming environment at International Test Pilots School. This position serves as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, balancing administrative duties with dedicated student wellness support to ensure a positive campus experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide professional front-line service, including greeting guests, visiting instructors, and delegations.
- Coordinate hospitality, catering, and logistics for meetings and VIP visits.
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for students, staff, and guests.
- Serve as the first point of contact for student well-being concerns and connect individuals with appropriate resources.
- Promote student engagement through orientation activities, communication, and wellness awareness programs.
- Manage office and hospitality supply inventory, including branded materials and student support resources.
- Support operational tasks such as managing access control, coordinating mail, and preparing graduation documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and PIPEDA standards.
What you'll need#
- A post-secondary diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Student Services, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, hospitality, or student services, preferably within an educational or technical setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to prioritize effectively and adapt within a multicultural environment.
- Experience with access control or scheduling systems is considered an asset.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- Location: London, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site position.
- Term: Rolling.
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
