Summer 2026 Intern - Accounting

About the role#

Integra is seeking an Accounting Intern to support the finance team with daily operations and financial reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in accounting processes and exposure to financial operations within a professional environment.

What you'll do#

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and enter journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
• Assist with data entry and financial reporting tasks.
• Conduct basic account analysis and research discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or similar systems.
