The Digital Marketing Intern supports the Communications and Marketing team by executing daily digital marketing activities. This role focuses on social media publishing, assisting with paid digital advertising, and preparing performance reports. You will report to the Director of Digital Content and contribute to the online presence of both the Institute for Humane Studies and Liberalism.org.
What you'll do#
- Schedule and publish approved organic content across all social media channels, ensuring accurate formatting.
- Collect and compile performance metrics, including engagement, click-through rates, and conversion data for organic and paid content.
- Organize platform data to prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and content formats to inform future content planning.
What you'll need#
- Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Ability to execute detail-oriented, task-based work accurately and on schedule.
- Exposure to paid digital advertising or ads manager tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling or analytics platforms is preferred.
- Interest in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- The internship term runs from September 21, 2026, to December 11, 2026.
- The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
