Marketing Intern

About the role#

Inspire Communities is seeking a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of communities. This role focuses on social media coordination, online reputation management, and marketing administration. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and engagement.
• Manage online reviews and reputation channels, ensuring professional and brand-consistent responses.
• Collect, organize, and repurpose approved photos and videos.
• Support local advertising execution and posting schedules.
• Create branded marketing collateral and digital assets using Canva.
• Manage marketing requests, track deadlines, and support project coordination.
• Escalate sensitive resident concerns to appropriate operational teams.
• Maintain content libraries and support resident engagement initiatives.
• Complete basic CRM updates and reporting.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfort managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online reputation management.
• Familiarity with Canva and digital content creation.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado.
• Modality: Hybrid, with occasional travel to communities as needed.
