Student Analyst

About the role#

The Student Analyst program at InBloom Autism Services provides an intensive training experience for students pursuing BCBA certification. This role is designed to build the skills necessary for providing quality services as a BCBA supervisor. The program is completed over the six months leading up to a student’s BCBA examination date.

What you'll do#

• Provide direct therapy through 1:1 sessions with clients.
• Complete up to 20 hours per week of indirect or unrestricted training activities.
• Maintain passing scores on all assigned projects according to the student curriculum and rubrics.
• Participate in clinical experiences including assessments, parent training, report writing, clinical meetings, data analysis, program development, and RBT supervision.
• Engage in new hire training activities, competency evaluations, and support social skills groups.
• Maintain proactive communication with supervisors and demonstrate professional behavior.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be six months away from sitting for the BCBA exam.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
• Commitment to schedule and pass the BCBA exam within three months of completing the program.
• Commitment to one year of employment as a BCBA with InBloom upon receiving and accepting an offer.
• Ability to adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and HIPAA policies.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Deer Valley Learning Centers).
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: This is a paid position.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving sitting, bending, squatting, and standing.
