About the role#
The Hyosung HICO 2026 Internship Program offers current college students practical experience within their field of study. Interns work on business-focused projects and receive guidance from experienced professionals to develop technical and soft skills. This is a paid, full-time position running from mid-May to mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Gain an understanding of company operations, including brand, customer, and product goals.
- Rotate through various departments to build general business knowledge and contribute improvement ideas.
- Execute designated projects, including research, solution development, and a final presentation.
- Engage with internal and external customers to provide information.
- Suggest process improvements to leadership.
- Learn internal software and adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or Accounting.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Office and CAD.
- Ability to read, understand, and create technical drawings.
- Energy and eagerness to tackle new tasks and projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Term: Summer 2026 (mid-May to mid-August).
