We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, ranging from system organization and employer brand maintenance to crafting communications for candidates and hiring managers. This position offers exposure to people operations and HR technology.
What you'll do#
- Audit and clean up job requisitions, candidate stages, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and consistent.
- Build and maintain scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates.
- Generate reports and metrics to support team updates.
- Update and maintain careers landing pages and job descriptions for brand consistency.
- Refresh content on employer brand platforms and draft social content.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop candidate-facing communications, including outreach templates and interview prep materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and update hiring manager resources, such as interview guides and process FAQs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition.
- Prior experience with an ATS is a plus but not required.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site (five days per week).
- Duration: Summer 2026.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
