As a Summer Intern at Sun River Health, you will gain experience by working across departments including Operations, Administration, and Community Engagement. This is a part-time, temporary 6-week position designed to provide hands-on exposure to health center projects and initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and implementing projects to enhance the organization's digital presence and customer engagement.
- Conduct research and gather data to support specific project objectives.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and strategy.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a high school, GED program, or college/university program, preferably in Public Health, Business Administration, or Health Administration.
- Strong interest in community health and public health initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is considered a plus.
