The Marketing Intern supports Hillpointe’s marketing efforts by working across digital, property, and corporate teams. This role focuses on executing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across the portfolio, and connecting marketing strategy to property-level initiatives that drive leasing performance. You will gain exposure to how marketing functions collaborate to support new developments and stabilize communities.
What you'll do#
- Assist in strategy optimization reviews and provide recommendations for Internet Listing Service (ILS) platforms.
- Conduct regular ILS audits, including reviewing pricing, concessions, amenities, photos, and descriptions.
- Support audits and updates for property websites to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with local SEO audits and various projects within the Digital Marketing department.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide administrative support for marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- High School Diploma required.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including impressions, CPL, ILS, SEO, SEM, conversion rates, NER, and PPC.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics.
