Supply Chain ESG & Compliance Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Supply Chain ESG & Compliance Analyst Intern is a part-time role focused on supplier due diligence, ESG, and compliance activities. You will work with supplier collaboration platforms, global ESG standards, and AI-enabled tools to analyze and consolidate supplier data. This position offers exposure to procurement, sustainability, engineering, and compliance teams within a global supply chain environment.

What you'll do#

• Collect and manage supplier data for ESG, sustainability, compliance, conflict minerals, and product material content reporting.
• Execute supplier data collection campaigns through the Supplier Portal, track progress, and follow up with suppliers regarding incomplete responses.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Use AI and digital tools to consolidate supplier responses into company systems and databases.
• Learn and apply standards for Conflict Minerals (CMRT) reporting, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and Country of Origin documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to supplier solicitation campaigns.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Sophomore year or later) or a graduate program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Solid Excel skills and a willingness to learn advanced analytics or reporting tools.
• Experience using or a strong interest in AI tools for data analysis and reporting challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
