The Product Management Co-op supports the product management team by maintaining reporting accuracy, updating documentation, and improving marketing data quality. This role assists with market research and internal processes to enable clearer communication and more efficient sales and product management workflows. This is a full-time, paid position based in Guelph, Ontario, for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Update existing product documentation and align materials with current branding and naming standards.
- Create and update marketing dashboards and pull data from systems for analysis.
- Perform marketing competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain the Product Management SharePoint site.
- Develop product roadmap and obsolescence templates.
- Audit the corporate website to identify and update outdated product documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Data Science, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related program.
- Strong Excel skills, specifically in sorting, filtering, and validating data.
- Ability to work with large data files and documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow defined standards and naming conventions.
- Basic experience with SharePoint is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Fall 2026 (4 to 8 months starting in September 2026).
- Compensation: $22.15 per hour.
