About the role#
This is a 6-month temporary IT Support position based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec. You will serve as a primary point of contact for technical assistance, handling hardware and software queries while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing technical issues and implementing effective solutions to support our internal operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide first-response support for service incidents.
- Perform entry-level to intermediate technical and application interventions.
- Guide end users through the problem-solving process.
- Document all work by entering updates, including start and end times, directly into the ticketing system.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training to users as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the maintenance of the company portfolio.
What you'll need#
- Strong proficiency in information technology.
- A relevant college diploma or 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear procedures.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for diagnosing complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient, customer-focused attitude.
