About the role#
The Business Applications Training Intern position is a part-time opportunity available for the Fall 2026 term, concluding in December. This role provides professional experience within the Business Applications training team, focusing on the development and facilitation of technical systems training. The responsibilities assigned are consistent with those given to entry-level four-year college graduates.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain technical training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions by managing equipment, platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, tracking participation, and generating outcome reports.
- Collaborate with team members to identify training needs through data analysis and consultation with subject matter experts.
- Review and test training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training-related projects and provide weekly updates on project milestones.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Data Science.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, content authoring software, and LMS platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
