Residency Student Coordinator and Data Management Analyst

About the role#

The Residency Student Coordinator and Data Management Analyst supports the residency department by managing data for accreditation, resident evaluation, and scholarly activity. This role acts as a liaison between the health center, medical schools, and Institutional Review Boards while providing administrative support to the Research and Medical Student Directors.

What you'll do#

• Collect and manage data required for ACGME annual accreditation reporting.
• Coordinate medical student elective rotation requests, including screening applicants and issuing communications.
• Obtain and maintain Institutional Review Board approval for active projects.
• Supervise research assistants to ensure adherence to study protocols.
• Participate in grant writing, manuscript preparation, and conference proposal submissions for the Residency Department.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or an equivalent field, preferably in an academic setting.
• Ability to work as an organized self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and limited supervision.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
