The Customer Service Co-op provides front-line support and administrative assistance within the Customer Service department at GrandBridge Energy Inc. This role offers hands-on experience in professional communication and organization while supporting both the Customer Service and Collections teams.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Process residential customer moves in and out of the service territory.
- Perform clerical duties, including issuing letters to customers via the CIS.
- Assist with outbound collection-related calls and emails.
- Provide general support to the Customer Service Team as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Eligibility for a co-op or internship term through your academic institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
