UX Design Intern

About the role#

Grand Studio is seeking a UX Design Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time remote role where you will work on real projects within a consulting environment. You will collaborate with teams to explore digital products and services, solve complex problems, and contribute to the growth of the studio's culture and design practice. You will be paired with a dedicated career mentor to provide feedback and support your professional development.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with design teams to explore and shape digital products.
• Solve real-world design problems.
• Participate in the building of the company's culture and design practice.
• Engage in a transparent learning agreement to help meet your professional goals.
• Utilize opportunities to flex within different focus areas to build new skills.

What you'll need#

• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to explore, design, and document digital user experiences.
• An understanding of the end-to-end design thinking process.
• Comfort with critique, collaboration, and co-authorship.
• Familiarity with various prototyping methods and tools to communicate ideas.
• An eagerness to learn from others and push the boundaries of your talents.
• Enrollment in a design-related degree program, such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communications, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

• This role is fully remote.
• This is a paid internship.
